Chef Heidi comes from a family of talented cooks. Raised in a home where food and celebration were central, she learned the art of entertaining from her parents who frequently hosted lively parties and festive meals. Many of Heidi’s fondest memories are of cooking alongside her family for holiday gatherings and daily meals alike.

Building on that legacy, Heidi has been catering special events for over 30 years. In July 2008, she earned her degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, refining her technical skills and deepening her culinary knowledge.

Heidi’s creations are inspired by global flavors, crafted with fresh ingredients, and infused with creativity and care. Always on the lookout for exciting new tastes, she brings flair and innovation to every dish she prepares.
